The hotel does not store or have direct access to your complete card details.

In order to carry out this selection, ALBIR PLAYA HOTEL may carry out psycho-technical tests or competency tests to validate whether your profile meets the requirements of the vacancy and cannot be used for other purposes. TORREON, 0004, 03502, Benidorm, Alicante, which provides the website hosting service. The processing of the entity’s data is regulated by a data processor contract between the provider and this company.

For the activation of your reservation protection insurance, ALBIR PLAYA HOTEL works with FLEXMYROOM INSURETECH, S.L. (Calle Gambo, 6-2º-F, 03503 Benidorm, Alicante, Tax ID No. B42687616), which acts as a data processor on behalf of the Hotel, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and pursuant to the corresponding data processing agreement. FlexMyRoom Insuretech, S.L. only accesses the data strictly necessary for the activation of the insurance (first and last name, identity document number, postal address and contact details) and will delete such data once the service has been completed and the legally established retention periods have expired.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection by contacting ALBIR PLAYA HOTEL using the contact details provided at the beginning of this policy.

Purpose: To comply with the legal obligation to register travellers and communicate guest registration forms to the competent authorities.

Recipients: Ministry of the Interior, through the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform.

Retention: 3 years from the guest’s departure date, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021.
